PadelPal Pro ("the App") is developed by Stephen Mann. This policy explains what happens to your data when you use the App on your iPhone and Apple Watch.

Summary

PadelPal Pro does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any of your personal data with us or with any third party. All match data, statistics, and settings stay on your own devices.

What data the App handles

To provide its features, PadelPal Pro stores the following information, entirely on your own iPhone and Apple Watch:

• Match and session data you create — scores, match settings, court times, tournament and Americano session details
• Names you choose to enter, such as a partner's name or a tournament name
• Match history and statistics generated from your play (wins, losses, service stats, tie-break records, and similar)

This data is stored locally using Apple's on-device storage frameworks (Core Data and UserDefaults) on your iPhone. When you use the Apple Watch app, this data is transferred directly between your own iPhone and your own paired Apple Watch using Apple's WatchConnectivity framework. It is not sent to us, to our servers, or to any third party — we do not operate a server that the App communicates with.

What the App does not do

• It does not require you to create an account or sign in
• It does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking software of any kind
• It does not access your location, health data, contacts, photos, or microphone
• It does not share, sell, or transmit your data to any third party

Children's privacy

PadelPal Pro does not knowingly collect any personal data from anyone, including children, because it does not collect personal data at all — everything stays on your device.

Data retention and deletion

Your match data remains on your device for as long as you keep the App installed. You can remove all data at any time by deleting the App from your iPhone and Apple Watch, which permanently removes its locally stored data.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, an updated version will be posted at this same address with a revised "Last updated" date.
